What makes Mamko Design unique?
Mamko’s Designs are simple. Nearly 25 years of design enhancements and improvements for 'real life' mixing requirements have made the design clean, simple and highly effective. 'The art of Engineering is found in the simplicity of Design'.

How does one select the right Equipment/System for their requirement?
Mamko Products are grouped into seven groups. It will be easy for any user to select the group where his requirement fits. Each group is given a Datasheet, which is simple to fill in. You are required to fill in the basic data and send it with your Enquiry.

Mamko Design process begins here. Mamko has developed Software for nearly all their Products. They will carry out the Basic Engineering Design and if needed they will check the parameters in their Pilot Plant for confirmation. Further there will be Discussions and Consultations with the Client in this period, if necessary.

Mamko will then carry out the Mechanical and Electrical (if applicable) Design and then send their proposal.

Our Mixing requirements are very specific. What makes Mamko special that they can Design a Mixer that meets our requirements?
Traditionally Mamko treats each Client 'Special' and each requirement 'unique'. Each enquiry is fully understood and examined.

Further Mamko has a Library of information on Physical properties and Phenomena. They have expertise and several years experience to understand and appreciate the uniqueness and at the same time the similarities of different processes. On this basis, Mamko Design Engineers create appropriate design for each unique requirement. Based on application requirements, a variety of materials, surface finishes and speciality accessories may be incorporated into the Design.

Does Mamko provide only Design so that we can get the Equipment/System fabricated with our regular Fabricator?
Generally, yes. However, this does not include items of Proprietary Design. For Example, Design of Agitators or a Process System (except for the proprietary items) may be undertaken.

Can we get Drawings before Production begins?
If it is 'Design' assignment you will get Drawings as per the Contract between us.

For Orders of Equipment/System (that is Hardware) Mamko will follow the general practice of the International Engineering Industry. After the Commercial clearance of the Order, G.A. Drawings shall be sent to you for approval. Drawing file shall be emailed to Customer. He is expected to check, especially, from the 'Installation and Maintenance' point of view.

Will Mamko organize our visit to their Clients to see the working of their Equipment?
No. Mamko will give you list of their Clients and if you have the contacts you may do so. However, Mamko respects each Client’s Secrecy requirement and, therefore, does not even wish to ask any Client for such favors.

Does Mamko give their Equipment for Trials?
Yes, in specific cases for some nominal fee. Trials may also be arranged at Mamko’s Pilot Laboratory for some nominal charges.
