Large and Energy Efficient Process Plants are all continuous as against 'Batch'. 'Piping' is essential part of such plants. Therefore alternative is sought for Mixing in Agitated batch Vessel or Blending in batch Blenders. So comes the concept of "Inline Mixing".

The concept of Inline Mixing may be '50' year old, but the real optimization of its use is only recent. Mamko has a wide base and large number of Design Concepts. They have been able to fine tune the designs for various applications such as dispersion, emulsification, aeration, gas-liquid contacting, viscous reaction, heat transfer flocculation and even de-emulsification.

Although 'Static Mixer' is essentially part of Inline Mixing, the other simple alternatives such as Mixing 'T' and Line Mixing Ejector/Eductors are also efficient and essential in certain applications.

In some difficult jobs, where High Shear and High Velocity are needed, Inline High Shear Mixers are useful. Inline Flocculator/Coalescer have their own special place 'determined' by their specificity of the application.
