Knockout Separator is basically a Vapour Liquid Separator,
designed mainly on Hydrocyclone principle. It is constructed
similar to Hydrocyclone with a Liquid collected at the Bottom.

The outlet at where vapour goes upwards may be connected        
to suction of a blower or to a vacuum.
