With all their expertise in process of complex material MAMKO have developed a
number of Agroprocessing Equipment for Cottage and Small Scale Industries. Their
Equipment is useful in Food processing. Herbal and Ayurvedic products processing
and any other agrobased Product manufacturing. The Equipment is listed below.
- BLENDERS/STIRRERS
Mamko have been manufacturing several type of Blender and
Stirrers. The type may depend upon the process. The mounting
may be on a stand, portable with a clamp, with up and down
motion or top mounting on the vessel. The MOC shall be SS304
or SS316 on wetted parts. The size vary from 20 Lit to 5000
Lit. If you specify the capacity and the application our
Engineers will inform you the ratio. The price of these
industrial blenders/stirrers shall depend upon the size.
Some standard items are as below.
Homogeniser (High Shear Mixer)
(A) 0.5 hp/1500 rpm or 1 hp/3000 rpm drive. MOC - SS304.
Vertical up and down motion.
For working capacity 5 to 15 Lit.
(Vessels may be supplied separately
if required).
(B) 60 Watt Portable in SS.
Powder Mixer
1 hp/500 rpm, 25 Lit capacity. MOC - SS304, Tilting arrangement.
Planetary Mixer
1 hp/Dual Speed 300/500, Working Capacity - 25 Lit, MOC
- SS304.
- JUICERS
Mamko have a batch hand operated juicer. It can take about
10 Kg
Fruit at a time. It is easy to operate. It is made in SS304/SS316.
- PULPERS
Mamko have two Pulpers in the market.
Pulper A
It is operated with a 0.5 hp drive. The floor space is not
more than 1 m x 1.5 m. It is on a stand with height of about
1 m. MOC is SS316 (and SS304 in parts). The structure is
in M.S. It can handle all type of fruits from Tomatoes to
Mangoes.
Pulper B
It is a high tech Pulper. In size it is as big as the Pulper
A. It incorporates pressure of 3 hp.It can give you a very
fine and smooth pulp. The capacity will depend upon the
fineness required. It can go upto 250 Kg/hr. MOC is SS304
or SS316.
- PULVERISER
SS304 Pulveriser 8" Dia Grinding chamber with 3 hp
drive.
Accessories : SS Sieves, Spanner, Knife, Wooden Brush,
Tooth Brush, Nylon Bag, PVC Box 18 Ltr.
